Gramma's Pub

We, including guests, have been on crow patrol. It is not easy being the stewards of the forest. These little robin fledgelings must be about 7 days old, another 7 and they will be on the wing. They are used to us on the deck, as long as we are soft footed, this nest is directly under our feet. I have added rain protection as the nest is also under two deck boards, building took place on a dry day. I did not use a flash.
One of our favourite eateries is the local pub. We have sent hundreds of guests there and always a good word returns. They have an indoor, heated patio with a stunning view of Gibsons harbour. We usually head down for Monday's dinner special, Pad Thai. Now that summer is here, they will open the windows to let the breeze touch your face. Yes, they have sports on the screens for hockey, football or whatever is on that day. Most of this celebration goes on at the back of the pub. *Gramma's Marine Pub / cold beer & wine store 412 Marine Drive , Gibsons BC, 1-604-886-8215
